Sleeping platform accessed by steps at the side of the bed with handrail, safer than ladder access and benefits include useful storage inside each step. Integral desk with folding chair and shelving. Comes with Futon chair which folds out to create a guest bed which can be used under the bed or separately as it isn't attached to the frame. Lilac futon mattress with removable, washable cover. Some marks on desk, frame and futon cover and a couple of doors missing from steps, but works well as bookcase/shelving instead of cupboards, as shown in photos. Steps can be positioned either side of bed. Overall size 183cm high x 245cm wide x 98cm deep, height 134cm under bed, 158cm to top of mattress, 180cm to top rail. Desk 112 x 60cm at widest points.
